By installing and using the SearchPie Shopify App ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

SearchPie is a Shopify app designed to help merchants optimize their store for search engines. The App provides features such as SEO analysis, keyword research, and performance tracking.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when you install and use the App.
• Maintain the security of your Shopify account and any other credentials used to access the App.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with your use of the App.

4. Third-Party Services and Data

• Shopify: The App is used in conjunction with your Shopify store. Your use of Shopify is governed by Shopify's own terms of service and privacy policy.
• Google Services: To access certain features, such as Google Search Console (GSC) and Google Merchant Center (GMC) optimization, you may be required to connect your Google account. By doing so, you grant us permission to access and process data from these services on your behalf.
• User Acknowledgement: You acknowledge that our access to and use of data from third-party services like Google is governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for complying with the terms and policies of any third-party service you connect to the App.

5. Fees and Payment

Certain features of the App may be subject to fees. All payments are processed through Shopify's billing system. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of SearchPie and its licensors.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SearchPie, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State of Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms
